Santa for the Kids

After twenty-eight years, we had another successful Christmas. We had 9 families requesting help, a total of 26 children. We were fortunate to receive $2000 in cash donations from local businesses and individuals. Along with lots of handmade mittens, hats and scarves. This year the AIR Crew, Ashley Cleaves, and Sue Sessions assisted us with the wrapping. They gave up their weekly scheduled game time to have a wrapping party and it was greatly appreciated. We hope to continue this tradition in the future. Shopping was a little challenging this year due to the short season. Lucky for

us Amazon Prime works great! We are looking to make some changes to the program for next year to make the process easier for us to run.

Those wishing to make donations for next year can drop off new, unwrapped toys, clothing, bedding, toiletries, books, arts & crafts, or check/cash at the Town Office at any time throughout the year. Keep an eye out for our Christmas in July fundraiser.
