Maine Snowmobile Show Kicks Off Winter Season with Power Sports Expansion at Augusta Civic Center

New Energy: Power SportsTakes Center Stage

AUGUSTA, ME – The 28 th Annual Maine Snowmo bile Show, held at the Augusta Civic Center from October 17–19, proved that change can be exhil arating. Far from just a gathering of snow enthu siasts, this year’s event successfully transformed into a comprehensive Power Sports extravaganza, drawing record crowds eager to explore every thing from performance sleds and utility ATVs to high-end motorcycles and even boats. The expansion, a deliberate move to embrace Maine’s year-round recreational community, saw the Civic Center floors packed with exhibitors cov ering all facets of motorized recreation.

While the heart of the show remains dedicated to the latest snowmobiles from manufacturers like Polaris, Ski-Doo and Arctic Cat, the addition of new categories generated significant buzz. Attendees explored a massive array of ATVs and Side x Sides, crucial machines for Maine’s exten sive trail system, alongside glistening Motor cycles representing both on-road touring and off-road dirt biking. Adding a surprising splash of variety, the show even featured a local boat dealer, reminding visitors that Maine recreation extends well beyond the frozen months. The MSA knows Maine riders don’t just put their passion away when the snow melts. They’re on the water, they’re in the woods, and they’re on the road. Integrating power sports made this a true one-stop-shop for dealers and enthusiasts alike.
