The Backwoods Veterans Foundation’s mission is to provide out door recreational opportunities for veterans, aiming to improve their mental and physical well-being. The annual snowmobile ride is one of their flagship events, providing a much-needed escape and foster ing a strong sense of community amongst participants. Organizers expressed their gratitude to the local businesses and volunteers who supported the event, providing logistical assistance and ensuring the safety and comfort of all riders. The foundation is already looking ahead to next year’s ride, with plans to expand the event and reach even more veterans in need of connection and sup port. The Backwoods Veterans Foundation continues to make a sig nificant positive impact on the lives of veterans across the region.
