Subdivision Reviews: • Amendment to change lot lines 45 Brooke Lane • Addition of I lot to previously approved subdivision 87 Targett Road • 5 lot subdivision Lewiston Road / Bald Hill Road Thanks to all who served: Dan Ellingson, Eric Hargreaves (vice-chair), Don Libby (chair), Steven Libby Cassandra Liberty, Doug McAtee, Ben Tettlebaum, and Jean Libby (alternate). Land Management Planning Committee (LMPC) The LMPC spent many hours on Updating the Sign ordinance which is now ready for the Joint Committee meeting and then hopefully for a vote at the next Town Meeting. In September 2020 started working on updating the Fire Protection ordinance. Thanks to all who served: Sam Coggeshall, George Colby, Charles Gauvin, Donald Libby, Jean Libby, John Salisbury and Brian Shedlarski Economic Development Committee Economic Development Committee did not meet at all from July 1, 2020 to June 30 2021. We had planned to have a Buy Local, Be Local event to showcase and promote local businesses for the end of May 2020. But with the onset of the COVID pandemic, we had to cancel that event. With the reduction of staff hours and the inability to hold public gatherings, we took a pause for the year.
