Almost all clubs give us a post office box as an address, which is fine. We also need a physical address so we can deliver the boxes we give out at the beginning of the season. These boxes contain the paperwork for the upcoming season and cost us quite a bit in postage. There are 59 clubs in the Central region, the postage to mail them would be in access of $880.00 and after the first of the month there is supposed to be an increase in postage rates again. This will also be a help if you need extra tickets or posters delivered during the season. The physical address can be a club member, Town Hall, or a supporting business. Thank you for your help. H ere we are in October the leaves are changing and that means one thing it’s time to get ready for the season. I see a lot of clubs already out doing trail work and getting equipment in shape for another great season. But what I would like to talk about is new trails or reroutes. A lot of clubs here in the western region are faced with these problems. It might be new landowners, people building new houses or garages on their property. Yes, their property. With that being said it doesn’t matter if you have been riding on the same trail for the last 20 or so years times are changing and so are landowners. The clubs have been working hard to get you from point A to point B. When I say clubs, it’s the same handful of volunteers and I thank you all. So while riding this year when a trail has changed there is a reason behind it. Respect the landowners and the clubs hard work. Stay on the marked trail not doing this puts a lot of pressure on the clubs with upset landowners. I would suggest to all that ride reach out to your local club to see what has changed and what you can help with. Remember we are all volunteers be respectful to clubs and landowners. It’s 64 degrees which makes it hard to think about snow, but it’s coming. So, let’s look at what needs to be done to get the trails ready for our winter fun. Remember to work

Snow will hit in the high elevations. Trick or Treat Happy Halloween!!!! All across the state clubs are in high gear getting ready for...... SNOW!!!!!!! The Coastal region held the September Directors meeting, Thank you to the Saco Pathfinders for hosting and providing excellent food. For 49 years they have been maintaining trails, supporting our sport, GREAT JOB CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Clubs like this across the state are why the MSA is here. I’m doing the dance....
