CHEBEAGUE ISLAND HALL COMMUNITY CENTER PROXY FOR ANNUAL MEETING, DECEMBER 10, 2020, 5:30 P.M.

The Chebeague Island Hall Community Center will hold its annual meeting Thursday December 10, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. at the Hall. The Hall serves the whole community, and everyone is a member. We require a 10% membership quorum to vote, so please show your interest and support by attending the meeting or returning this proxy to Dianne Brewer at 6 Rose Point Rd or any of the other directors so that we may continue to conduct business and elect members to the board. Members of the Board of Directors are Dianne Brewer, Denise Hamilton, Sam McLean, Gina Ross, Tad Runge, Mary Soderstrom, Phil Soderstrom, and Susie Stavropoulos. PROXY I, the undersigned, consent to give Board of Director ______________________the right to vote in my name with this proxy at the Annual Meeting of the Chebeague Island Hall Community Center on Thursday December 10, 2020.
