Adult & Senior Fitness Dancers of all levels are encouraged to participate! This is a great form of exercise, not to mention a lot of fun! Line Dancing
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Date: Thursdays—Eight week sessions (check website for dates) Time: 9:30 – 10:30 am Ages: Adults and Seniors Cost: $40 for 8 wk. session or $8 for single class drop-in rate. Location: Standish Municipal Center, Sebago Lake Room Vinyasa Yoga This yoga program will be
open to all levels of experience! Classes will focus on mindful movement with emphasis on breath, meditation and relaxation. These classes will teach the basic foundations of vinyasa yoga by moving through the body’s full range of motion via standing, laying, seated and kneeling postures. Modifications will be given for all ability levels.
