2024 MSA Snowmobile Show —

O n October 18 - 20, the 2024 MSA Snowmobile show drew snowmobiling enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers alike to the Civic Center in Augusta, Maine for an unforgettable experi ence.This year’s event surpassed all expectations, with a bustling atmosphere highlighting the best winter gear, snowmobiles, trail ers, and travel destinations in Maine. Amidst the vibrant displays and enthusiastic patrons, vendors reported strong sales, with visitors eager to purchase everything from brand-new snowmobiles and trailers to essential riding gear. The show provided an inclusive environment for snowmo bilers of all levels, offering services such as lodging options, trip planning assistance, insurance information, parts, and even spe cialized body massage tools designed to ease muscle soreness after a long day on the trails. The event also featured invaluable workshops that educated

attendees on key safety practices and grant opportunities. MSA Trails Chairman Brent Spaulding led a well-attended safety sig nage workshop on Saturday, engaging participants with practical signage tips and highlighting the importance of trail maintenance. Following this was a seminar Joe Higgins of DACF focused on grant applications and resources for the upcoming snowmobiling season, which equipped attendees with essential information for their individual clubs. One of the show’s main attractions was the Vintage Snowmobile Show, which was both bigger and better than ever. With over 100 unique machines on display, not a single duplicate sled was fea tured, making this showcase a remarkable sight for collectors and enthusiasts alike. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Chris Ring and the dedicated snowmobilers who showcased their vintage sleds for all to admire.
