2023 LSLA Annual Meeting Summary

What a great day! Attendees were greeted with smiles and breakfast snacks. The night before board members prepped the American Legion Hall in Gray, give-away plants donated by O’Donnell’s Nursery were delivered, merchandise was arranged and chairs for all were set up. As the morning unfolded the meeting began with President Pam welcoming all who were attending in the audience and via zoom and introducing board members. Sergeant Kyle Hladik from the Warden Service spoke and answered questions from the audience. Cheryl Alterman provided updates on the upcoming Centennial Celebration in 2024. Prior 2022 minutes and financial summaries were approved. Committee members gave updates on all the programs the Little Sebago Lake Association provides. Education on ways we all can preserve our water quality and lake life was the key theme. Safey is another part of our mission and this program has kept our waters safe for all to enjoy. A big thanks to all

the membership who donate so generously to maintain our programs and mission. As per the last few years, the meeting ended with fun in the air as the anticipation of who would be the winners of the raffle and auction was getting close. Seconds ticked as the raffle program electronically and randomly selected the lucky winners. We thank all those who participated in this community fundraising event. Board members and committee members were thanked for their countless hours of volunteer time. The lake community was encouraged to share good stewardship with their neighbors and to have a great rest of their summer. And don’t forget to Save the Date for the July 13, 2024 Centennial Annual Meeting! Mark you calendars and stay tuned on our website and Facebook page for summer event announcements. You won’t want to miss it. On behalf of the LSLA board members, Pam Wilkinson, President
