On-Island Staff Needed!! Like all health and medical providers in Maine, Island Commons is facing staffing challenges, particularly with Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA’s). There simply are not enough workers. We offer an atmosphere of respect, teamwork, and caregiving excellence. $23 per hour to start once CRMA certified. Generous shift differentials. Experience preferred; willing to train the right person. The CRMA 40-hour class is now offered ONLINE, at your own pace AND we pay for the class AND we pay you for your class time!
