The Wellness Center Due to staffing shortages Maine Health is no longer able to staff any of the community-based programs which includes Chebeague and Long Island. The Long Island team and the Council are working with Northern Lights, Portland Public Health, and other Nursing Staffing agencies to continue to provide this important service.
