The changes to total fund balances for the general fund, the Poland Spring TIF fund, the road paving projects fund and the aggregate nonmajor funds occurred due to the regular activity of operations. Budgetary Highlights The difference between the original and final budget for the general fund were due to the use of assigned fund balances. The general fund actual revenues were over budgeted amounts by $476,971. All revenue categories were over budgeted amounts with the exception of intergovernmental revenues - homestead reimbursement, BETE reimbursement, tree growth and local road assistance and miscellaneous revenues.
