She will pr vide outstanding opportunities for marketing exposure while providing experience and expertise. I shall be assisting Kelly in this transition as her “scout” and informally as a sounding board for islanders regarding what I may know about an island property. Thank you to all who have sought me assistance or advise. It has been a pleasure serving. Serving for the past 6 years as an Associate Broker with Berkshire Hatha- way Home Services Northeast Real Estate has truly been a heartwarming journey. I cher- ish the relationships developed over this time with island property buyers and sellers. It is, nevertheless, now my goal to create more personal family time by substantially diminishing my professional time commitment. As part of that transition, my good friend and mentor, Kelly Wentworth began assisting as my Berkshire Hathaway co-broker last year. This summer, please welcome Kelly as the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northeast Real Estate Broker servicing Chebeague Island. Kelly grew up in Yarmouth where she still resides and has been an area broker for 30+ years. Her two children are both Yarmouth HS graduates.
