Membership Spring Appeal

Fundraising is never easy; especially in uncertain times, but LSLA is adjusting, where necessary, and committed to fulfilling its mission of preserving and protecting Little Sebago Lake. Your lake. Revising and reducing our annual budget and holding video conference meetings is just a sampling of actions taken to assure your expectations of our work and results are achieved. We have agreed to postpone certain projects, while moving forward with others that are vital to the health of our lake- milfoil will not go away on its own and our dam will still be in need of repairs. Did you know that $50.00 will fund two water quality tests? Or that $100.00 will support the Safety Patrol Boat during a busy weekend? Of course, there are more costly projects including: the lower narrows dredging, dam monitoring/ maintenance and the vegetation survey. We can only do this with our member support. How fortunate we are to have access to the beauty and solitude of Little Sebago and to find comfort and relaxation in nature during these crazy times! Enclosed with this newsletter is the 2020 donation form for your review and consideration. As you consider your contribution this year, it is important to know that any amount you are able to give will directly support the work planned and your peace of mind that Little Sebago will not be negatively impacted.
