Land Management Planning Committee (LMPC) The committee developed four ordinance changes this year covering the following topics: • Community Living Arrangements – changes to bring the town into compliance with state law. • Addition of a “Live in Health Care Facility” use and performance standards for review of such facilities. • Revisions to the “similar uses” provision for consistency and clarity. • Revisions to the site plan review submission requirements (§7.3.2.A) for clarity and ease of use. The first three changes were voted into the ordinance by the residents at the May, 2019 Town Meeting and the last change was voted into ordinance by the residents at the special town meeting held in June of 2019.
