Enjoy a scenic drive by motor coach alongMaine State Route 17 through Height of Land, on the top of Spruce Mountain in Rangeley. Standing on the evergreen boundary looking out over the wide valley, the landscape is impossibly surreal and spectacular. Our destination is lunch at the Gingerbread House in Oquossoc where you can enjoy your choice of soup or salad and then a make-your-own sandwich buffet with assorted breads, cold cuts and cheeses, chicken salad, pasta salad, house made potato chips and a delicious apple crisp. This trip is in cooperation with local recreation departments and will provide transportation from each community to our meeting place to board the motor coach in Gray. Date: Thursday, 10/4/18 Time: Depart at 8:30 am. Return 5:00 pm. Cost: $59
