New Gloucester, ME 04260 Dear Ms. Castonguay, Family Crisis Services is submitting our client numbers for the Town of New Gloucester Annual Tow Report. Please be aware that approximately half of our hotline calls remain anonymous without any identifyin information at all. While this information is important and would assist us in more accurate reporting, th safety and well-being of our clients is primary. In fiscal year 2016, 30 of the people we served identified New Gloucester as their home. Additionally from January 1, 2017 through July 31, 2017, we served 20 individuals who identified New Gloucester a their home. Your residents experiencing violence and abuse have access to our wide array of confidentia services including a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, support groups, court advocacy an accompaniment and prevention education all at no cost.
