Shall the Town vote to purchase a triangular parcel of land consisting of 0.09 acres, more or less, located at the intersection of Limington Road and Parker Farm Road and being a portion of Tax Map 1, Lot 151, from Brett W. Ward for the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), said funds to come from undesignated surplus?
